The Bus: Part I

I'm sure you've been waiting for pics.  Here are a few pics of the bus in the beginning of it's transformation. I'm not going to try to explain what each photo is.  Just thought it might be good for our records.

Day 21: Hands

Ian has such cute little wide chubby busy hands.  Who could resist?

Day 19: When They're Gone and Day 20: When They're Home

I would prefer Kenneth be able to be home all the time, but we aren't there yet so he has to go to work.  When he is gone I spend most of my time in our front room with the kids or in the kitchen. When he is home, we like to spend time on the couch just being comfortable with iPads, laptops, phones, drinks, etc... We bum out together and I love it.

Day 17: Staying In

With a one year old and a 3 year old, we do a lot of playing when we are in.  Ian is at that age where he is learning new skills and really engaging others in play.  He also has now fallen in love with books.

We had major lighting issues because the sun kept disappearing behind the clouds and we have virtually no other lighting in this room.

Day 14: Wedding Band/Jewelry

This is about the most modeling my hubby does. I LOVE our wedding rings though.  We actually got them only days before our wedding.  We were picking up my wedding necklace on the way to pick up the original wedding bands we had picked out.  We saw these and fell in love with them.

Day 13: Routines

What does a Stay At Home Mom with a 3yr old and a 1yr old do?  Play. Clean. Play. Clean.  I decided to leave out the pictures of the cleaning. This used to be a regular part of our routine and we have missed it because of our unusually cold weather.  It's back.  Yay!

Playing at the Park

Day 12: The Eyes

I have been quite slothenly about my photography this past few days.  I have been busy and tired and have no better excuse.  However, I have taken photos.  I just haven't published anything.
Here is Day 12: The eyes. I love Ian's eyes.  I think especially because he is so quiet you tend to be drawn to those long lashes and there beautiful shape.  I don't think I quite captured their beauty.

Together: Day 16

Day 10: Where they are comfortable

The play area ofcourse.  Sometimes I wish I had the kind of little boy who just wants to snuggle with you on the couch, but he likes to be on the move.

Day 09 Passions

Willette Joy of Love

OK so Eliza has recently decided that making squares is fun.  Making squares = folding towels.  She is so proud when she does it and everytime I get out a basket of laundry she asks if she can "make squares."  And she does a good job too.

Gifts from the Heart

Willette Joy of Love Day 8

Being able to beat home with my kids is the best gift.  My hubby works hard and we make some sacrifices so our kids have the privilege of a parent at home with them.  I love having Ian fall asleep in my arms or on my lap, teaching Eliza or doing crafts with her and playing games and taking the kids to the zoo or the museum.  I really love being a mom, and I especially love being an at home mom.

Photo Days 6 and 7: Who they love

Not the most cooperative subjects for this one, but I did do a lot of experimenting during the photo day.  Unfortunately, it didn't workout quite how I planned.  Guess that's how we learn.

My daughter loves "her baby."  In the evening when the kids have playtime in their rooms she goes to his room gate and plays with him. We  love hearing the laughter ringing down the hallway.

My daughter loves our dogs and they accept her love no matter how much it hurts.

Our fluffy dgo is obsessed with my husband. I guess you could call it love. :)

His Everyday Gear

and my daughter's Glitz.

Photo Day 2: How they look.

I love their faces.  Think things went better today meaning the kids were cooperative.  My Eliza is a box of chocolates: you never know what you'll get and my Ian is mellow man with beautiful eyes and chewable cheeks.
